The mapping idea is intriguing actually. After all, it's only been recently that technology such as GPS has become more mainstream. More vehicles use GPS nowadays. Also, many more consumer devices such as mobile phones and laptops come with either GPS or some other wireless option which could be used for tracking. The question is, how will all this information be used?

@alena-You have visited all my blogs and left the same message each time. It is customary that you leave a specific comment pertaining to a post. Your general comment to get a linkback is rude.

@dante-Thanks for visiting.

@gabriel-all the hotel and attractions have a "show map" or "map it" function. The iPhone uses GPS functionality to show you restaurants nearby.

Frankly I think that we are in for a transition from a Web 2.0 to Web 3.0 interface. I know your probably thinking, but WAIT aren't we still transitioning to 2.0? Yes and no.... I think that as our technology increases at exponential growth, so we will see the internet transform at such a growth. Integration is key, and the future of the web is the ability to integrate all of these features, instantly, efficiently, and effectively. A worldwide connection if you will of appliances, applications, and just about anything that we can stick a chip into.
