The Co-operative Bank in the UK is quite a remarkable bank.

Co-operative Bank follows ethical banking and lending practices, invests only in positive impact investments, and supports human rights and the environment!

The Co-operative Bank offsets all their current carbon emissions plus an extra 10 percent.

Of course the bank offers all the standard banking services, such as savings and checking accounts. They also offer a good deal on a credit card if you need one.
  • The Advantage Card is a late rate gold credit card offering 0 percent on purchases and balance transfers for six months. After that, it reverts to a variable rate of 18.9 percent APR variable rate. To apply you must be a UK resident, aged 18+ years, and have gross annual income of at least £10,000.

  • The Platinum Advantage Cards offers 0 percent on purchases and balance transfers for six months, after which it reverts to a variable rate of 15.9 percent APR variable rate. To apply you must be a UK resident with established credit, aged 25+ years, and have gross annual income of at least £25,000.
