I agree with choices of Titus Hoskins except for #7, Google AdSense. If pennies is your idea of the big time, then post Google ads all over your website. The advertisements make your site load slowly, send people off your site, and the only entity who makes money in the deal is Google.

But then, I am prejudiced. LOL
