I love zebras. The first speech I ever gave was a report on zebras in the sixth grade. I was nervous standing in the front of my classmates, but got an A from my teacher! Never did get over nervousness of public speaking though. Happy WW.
@phylameana-Most people are more scared of public speaking than death.
@sara-there are ranches out by Kerrville where you can see kangaroos, giraffes, zebras and other harts.
@stan-I had to look twice, myself.
@ECL-No lions to hunt them that I have found, yet.
@shannon-You go HWY 46 west until it ends at Bandera Highway. Continue on dirt road, go left over creekbed and go slow. They are on the left. If you continue on Bump Gate Road, which deadends into a road. Go left to Lake Medina or right to Pipe Creek.
@daisy-Thanks for visiting.
@rob-Thanks for commenting.
@erin-I am not sure they were born here, but they came as soon as they could. LOL
@mary-no, they are about 60 miles from me. I do have a beautiful view driving into town. On both sides of the farm road are huge ranches that have cows and horses. Maybe, I will use that picture next week.
Thank you all for stopping by. This is a new meme for me, but I am enjoying it.

Cool. I am from Texas, but never saw Zebras when I lived there.
Happy WW!
Some of those good old boys might toss out the moonshine jug after seeing these critters in Texas.
Well-fed zebras. They looked contented. :)
Looks like Natural Bridge Wildlife park too me. Where in Texas is this?
Lovely and peaceful photo.
Great pic. Zebra are cool. LOL
Texas Zebras?! Interesting!
I love zebras! Are these near you? It would be very cool to see this sort of thing every day as you drive to do errands!
Happy WW!

Some of us do stripes well naturally!
It is hard to believe they are not just painted horses. I think zebras are proof that God has a sense of whimsy ;)
