Today we've unveiled Blogger translated into: Nederlands, Türkçe, Dansk, Norsk, Svenska, suomi, Русский, and ภาษาไทย. This is in addition to the eleven language choices we already offer, bringing the total to 19!It is funny how we take announcements like the one above, as cool, but routine. Think back 20 years to 1987 and remember the Internet. It was mostly the purview of educational institutions and governmental agencies in the USA.
Today, the world of blogging has opened to include blogging in 19 languages and is a worldwide phenomenon. Its a small world after all ... finally.

I've thought about blogging in Spanish, but I have no friends that speak the language, so gaining an audience would be a little awkward for me at this stage in the game.
@sir jorge-the blogs I have seen that blog in a different language translate the blogpost into English beneath the original. Nice touch, but would take time. You could put up a poll and see who reads Spanish that visits your blog.
